Superior Commercial Services, Inc. is a company that sells, installs and services Natural and LP gas products and equipment and has been doing so for the last (18) eighteen years. We are a true turnkey business of this type in the tri-county area. We are fully licensed and insured to perform all phases of Natural and LP gas work. Other gas companies and marketers of gas products extensively subcontract us to install and service their products..

Michael G. Ketchem has been the owner/operator of this business since its conception. Mr. Ketchem holds a “Master Qualifier Certificate”, “Installer License”, and “Pipe Line License” to name just a few. Our service technicians are factory trained in all phases of Natural and LP gas applications, steam and electrical applications. Many companies use us to perform their gas installations, service and repairs.

Through the course of our existence we have outfitted, serviced and maintained 85% of all fine dining restaurants and country clubs in our area. Some of these are Sanibel Harbour Resort, Hyatt Regency, Grey Oaks Country Club, La Playa, Vineyards, Vines, Grandezza, Old Cypress, Chops City Grill, Pazzos, Yabba’s, Sanibel Steak House just to name a few. We often use our expertise as redesigning and engineering consultants.

Superior Commercial Services, Inc. is a distributor and seller of these following gas products: generators, pool heaters, kitchen stoves, dryers, cook top stoves, tankless water heaters and fireplaces INCLUDING ANY APLIANCE THAT OPERATES ON GAS, STEAM OR ELECTRIC. We also do gas conversions from Natural to LP gas.

We at Superior Commercial Services, Inc. have strived to make a good name for ourselves by offering the best services and products available for our current market. We have never had a gas leak or job related accident in our history and we plan on maintaining that record.
